If items arrive damaged, faulty or otherwise incorrect you must notify us at returns@distinctivechesterfields.com or by letter to Distinctive Chesterfields, Enterprise Works, Long Lane, Honley, West Yorkshire, HD9 6EA within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange to inspect the items and if deemed damaged, faulty or incorrect a repair or replacement will be arranged without additional charge.
Orders placed online without the items being viewed in person are subject to a seven day 'cooling off' period as per your rights in the UK's distance selling regulations.
